Every PRIMA engagement follows a defined methodology: structured intake and scoping, evidence-based fieldwork, internal quality review, and a final deliverable built to the standard our clients need, whether that is a board decision, a regulatory submission, or litigation support.
No engagement is accepted where a conflict of interest exists. Conflict checks are documented before work begins.
All evidence and documentation is tracked and preserved to evidentiary standard, from collection through delivery.
Every report passes internal review before delivery. No finding reaches a client without a second set of qualified eyes.
Client information is handled under strict data protection protocols, with access limited to assigned case staff.
Client information and evidence are encrypted in storage, access-restricted to assigned case staff, retained only for the duration required by the engagement or applicable law, and securely disposed of thereafter.
